Abstract
The Data Integration, Visualization, and Exploration (DIVE) Lab has been working on developing new deep learning methods and applying these methods in solving real-world problems in biology, neuroscience, and medicine. In this talk, I will describe our deep learning methods for pixel-wise predictive and generative modeling, model compression, graph representation learning, etc. I will also describe how these methods can be used to solve problems.
