Satellites of Saturn v2.0

  • This program displays the relative locations of Saturn's moons for a given date and time. Preview satsat2.gif.

Galilean Satellites v5.3

  • This program displays the relative locations of the moons of Jupiter for a given date and time. Preview galsat53.gif.

Tracker v6.0

  • This program displays the relative locations of the natural features on Jupiter's southern hemisphere such as the Great Red Spot as well as the impact scars of comet Shoemaker Levy-9. The longitude of the central meridian of Jupiter is also displayed for a given date and time. Preview tracker6.gif. Tracker's data file can be updated using longitudes on Zac Pujic's

Jovian Moon Events v3.0 High Accuracy

  • Computes the times of eclipses, transits and occultations for Jupiter's four largest satellites to withing one minute and prints the results to a file. Preview JAN1998.JME.

Binary v3.0

  • This program simulates eclipsing binary stars and displays the light curves. Preview binary3.gif.

Dan's Astronomy Software Collection

  • Links to Windows, MS-DOS, Macintosh, and UNIX astronomy software. Over one hundred freeware and shareware astronomy programs from programers around the world.
